Hey Stacy, your IC this week over at PB was lots of fun to peruse. There's even one I can walk to from my neighborhood. I do enjoy going there to see what's on trend. I usually run the opposite way...bear with me...
But Pottery Barn bought out a regional treasure in Rejuvenation Hardware a few years back. It is a must stop every time we are in Portland. My mid-century knobs and starburst back plates were purchased there. You'll find them on every cabinet and drawer in my house. I love the old and funky hardware warehouse filled with old things of every era. Of course, it was Tall Victorian Sideboard w/ Rustic Turquoise Blue Paint that sparked my card! I'd saved the Target ad yet again for this awesome sea foam Kitchen Aid mixer. Why...how knows when a mixer might come in handy in a challenge on SCS, right???!!!
I adhered it to a piece of mixed media paper and then fussy cut. To cover up the ad details, I used a piece of a heart from a Stamps Happen image (Eunice approved, Susie)! And that sparked my food quote from Virginia Woolf.
One cannot
Think Well,
Love Well,
or
Sleep Well
if one
has not
Dined Well.
I think I'd even make an exception in my '60's style home for that Tall Victorian Sideboard w/Rustic Turquoise Blue Paint...gorgeous. Thanks Stacy, for leading me down that bunny trail!!! I loved it.
Can't wait to visit the gallery to see what inspired you all...thanks for the gift of your comments.

Isn't that the most fabulous colour! We Europeans couldn't get on to the PB website but I *could* see your inspiration dresser. Great words Susan, a perfect card as always.

That is a great sentiment to go with your sea foam mixer. Love the heart. And, yes, I liked that sideboard you chose for inspiration, also. Great color!!!

How fun is this! My DD uses her Kitchen Aide mixer all the time. Who'd've ever thought to save the ads for inspiration?? What an idea and I love where it's taken you. The cabinet is a wonderful inspiration, your sentiment is awesome. Only you could take an ad and make such an inspiring card!! LOVE it!

I am grinning from ear to ear Susan.
I love the colors so much, I have started collecting the sea salt colored Le Cruet baking enameled castiron so, that a mixer that color caught your save it file just tickles me.
